Cookies

A cookie is a short note in the browser. Working notes are always set: sign-in, language and the cart need them. There are no advertising tags. Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, counter 114034326) is connected only after Accept analytics. Until then the browser does not call mc.yandex.ru. There is no Google Analytics.

sid is the sign-in session. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Secure on the live site. On lunacy.market it is shared across subdomains. An ordinary sign-in lasts no longer than 30 days and ends after 7 days without a visit. Signing out deletes it. In settings you can end this sign-in or every sign-in at once.

lang is the chosen language, RU or EN. It lasts a year, until the person switches the language.

cart is the item-market cart, up to 14 days. It stays in the browser after sign-in. seen is up to 8 recently viewed items, shown on the item page, for up to 30 days. It is not a list in the account. ref is a referral code from a link, up to 30 days. sitehost is the host name the site was opened on, up to 30 days. Those four are also HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax.

notice stores the choice: analytics or necessary. It lasts a year. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and on lunacy.market it is shared across subdomains, so the game hosts share one choice. Accept analytics allows Metrica. Necessary only keeps the working cookies and does not start Metrica. An old mark of 1 is not a choice about analytics: the plaque is shown again.

After consent Metrica may set its own cookies _ym_uid, _ym_d and _ym_isad. _ym_uid and _ym_d last up to a year, _ym_isad about a day. The counter uses them to tell browsers apart and not to count one visit twice. Webvisor and ecommerce are off. The counter receives the page path and catalog filters. Return addresses, tokens and trade links are left out.

The Arcana service cart is stored in the browser under the key lunacy-arcana-cart. That is page storage, not a cookie.

This page can change the choice: Accept analytics or Necessary only. The notes can also be deleted in the browser settings. Without sid you sign in again. Without cart and lunacy-arcana-cart the guest cart clears. Without lang the language is chosen again from the country of the request address. Without notice the plaque shows again. Without consent the browser does not call mc.yandex.ru.
